RMWO has spent over Rs. 100 million on the building construction and handed it over to the THF for operation. The THF has affiliated this institution with City & Guilds – UK, enabling the students to seek employment anywhere in the world.

THF is conducting training (12 months courses) in the following fields: General Electric, General Mechanics, Plumbing, Welding, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration, Carpentry, Electronic Servicing, Motor/Motor Cycle Mechanics, and Tractor Workshop.
